I dislike Experian. They are the most difficult CRA to work with. The others are very understanding that I am suffering from identity theft, but the people at Experian could care less.

One day they are going to wake to a summons to appear in court and I am going to be one rich guy.

I just sent ITS. They received it 4 days ago and the account is still sitting on my reports.

I certainly did not want to have to sue them, but it looks as though I will have to.

Not 100% true. The head of a class action suit can get an "enhancement" bonus. Yes, the lawyers get 30-40% of the total, but otherwise people would get nothing!

its more along the lines of the satisfaction of sticking it to the company.

I know, I sued my last employer and filed multiple claims against them with the DLSE (Department of Labor Standards Enforcement)
