I have been monitoring my TU and EQ score and report through myfico since January of this year. Working on rebuilding my history. Today I tried to purchase my "today's score" and had an error message(130)
Pretty much said this :
"Thank you for your interest in Score Power®.
We regret we are unable to fulfill your Score Power order request because your credit report does not currently contain enough information to meet the minimum scoring criteria required to calculate a FICO® score. In order for a FICO® score to be calculated, a report must contain:
At least one account which has been open for six months or more.
At least one account that has been updated in the past six months.
No indication of deceased on the credit report.
The minimum criteria is designed to ensure that there is enough recent information in the report on which to base a FICO® score."
So I contacted MyFICO customer service and they advised me to contact Transunion and Equifax because there was nothing they could do. So I called Equifax and they told me they could only release info if I purchased a report and score from them. So I hung up logged into Equifax.com and tried purchasing the "today score and report" I got an error saying they were unable to give me a score or report. Called EQ customer service and they told me the same thing "well we are showing that you do not have enough info or credit history to generate a report or score...maybe your current accounts have been closed or they are not reporting to us."
I have all the proof from my fico account previous purchases showing that just a couple weeks ago I pulled my scores and reports showing my credit history of over 4 years. All my debt wiped clean with 1 active retail credit account and I just opened up a new credit card account last month. I have absolutely no idea what is going on or what to do. I have been working very hard to get my score high and my report clean and now it seems I have nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions or an answer?
