Why 15K and why would your credit be shot? Also whatever caused your score to drop would impact who would be willing to give you a loan.
Traditionally short of auto title or similarly secured loans, it's incredibly difficult to get a loan for that amount (unsecured virtually impossible at that credit strata) though there are some places with high APR's (110-130% potentially) that might do a 5K loan or similar around that credit score though I haven't checked into them for the past several years.
In any event there may be other options: the more information you're able to give us, the better recommendations people will be able to provide.
