I need some help...

Since 2/13/07 I have been agressively rebuilding my credit profile. I have used a couple of different strategies and I'm pleased with my overall progress. That said, I'll also say that I have been pulling daily from TC AND EQ fince my start date 2/14/07.
 
EQ has blocked all requests for pulls on my credit as a result of the length of the file I have created with so many pulls. They have sighted the number of soft inquiries as the culprit, and cannot even provide SW to me any longer!!! I cannot pull my updated score for EQ from MyFICO and I cannot get anymore TCs because they pull from all three CRAs.
 
I PFD'd the LAST 3 collection accounts that I have about 3 weeks ago, and I don't have the ability to check for them to disappear. Nor do I have the ability to get an updated score.
 
The representative said that even HARD inquiries may be blocked because of the length of my file.
 
Does anyone have ANY SUGGESTIONS????Smiley Sad

Tuscani or Noah or someone may be able to advise re whether you have a split file.
 
I may be stating the obvious, but have you gotten your free credit reports from annualcreditreport.com in the past 12 months?  If so, you may live in one of the states where free or lower cost reports are available.

I doubt a hard Inq would ever be blocked because of your file size. How long have you been pulling daily? How many TLs? How many hard Inqs?

I have
16 TLs
6 INQs
And have been pulling daily from TC and EQ for 120 days.... SOOOOO the EQ soft inquiries are in the neighborhood of 240 (combined total of TC and EQ)
 
I just got off of the phone with EQ Conumer Affairs. They were VERY polite, and advised me "that the number of inquiries I have garnered from Truelink has created a FREEZE on my credit profile." He also said that since I as a consumer was not counseled properly that he would go ahead and REMOVE all Truelink pulls from 2/14/07 - 6-15/07 and call me tomorrow on the phone to confirm.
 
FURTHER statements from him: "Truelink pulls while common and self generated accumulate fast and the last 22 pulls were being recognized as HARD INQs"!!!!!!
 
 
Looks like all will end up well for me here, but I cannot believe this even happened.

Weird.. I have 50+ TLs and have been pulled daily for years without issue.
