is plant feedback anything like BBB, in other words does the company that you file a complaint against have to respond to the complaint as done with BBB's?

No, they don't HAVE to respond like with the BBB.

Hey guys,

I filed a complaint at planetfeedback.com, then with better business bureau and sent an inquiry removal letter to EQ.

Now I wait to see if any of them work.
