IC Systems - Ignoring me

I read in a post somewhere in here that someone sent an e-mail to the CEO of IC Systems Ken rapp asking for a delete on their account and he did it for them.

I sent him 2 e-mails on an account that has been paid back in 2003 asking him to delete it and Im not getting any reponse at all.  Not even a "no we cannot do that".  He is just ignoring my e-mails. 

Has anyone else tried to e-mail the CEO at IC Systems?

Someone suggested I use a service called readnotify. I have not used it yet, but I guess it allows you to see if the person actually read the e-mail without using Outlook's RR method. I think the website goes by the same name.
