No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Usually I would never dog a free service, but this site isn't even worth the free credit report they give you. I constantly get slammed with ads for predatory credit cards and high interest loans (that will help raise my credit score?) Yeah, I'm sure my score will be super high when I have no money to pay bills cuz I'm paying off this loan with every penny I have. Thanks but no thanks.
Yeah, I'll admit CreditKarma kinda does the same thing, but they're giving me two different reports once a week, that at least outweighs the bad.
Someone should start a website that does these same features but makes real suggestions to you, like the same type of suggestions that you would find in here instead of recommending me to lexington law who will take all of my money to do something I could do myself, and not have the collections pop up a year later with a different name. Instead of telling me to get some high interest loan, tell me to go to my local credit union and get a low interest secured loan. I get that their pockets are being stuffed by these companies, but there has to be money to be made in a free access site that actually helps you. At no point has either site told me I should have 3 credit cards..... Why would they not mention that? That would probably help them when they're trying to get you to click links to CCCs!
I never trust that score.

Sites like that make money on referrals. If you want to find products best suited to you then you have to do your own due diligence.
Is Credit Sesame still using TU for reports? I had an account when they used EX and thought they were OK, but when they switched to TU I closed my account - already get TU on CK and CK is a much better site. I'm now using credit.com for EX, but it only gives an update once per month - anyone know a better free site for EX?
And yeah, all those free CR sites use advertising pushing you to app for credit to make their money. I don't fault them for that, I just ignore their recommendations.
