I'll keep it short for majority of cards, Amex platinum resolved instantly, credited the charges and overnighted my card. Barclay, chase, etc ... basically the same.
Point of this post is when I was building credit back I got a TD cash secured card, put 3,000 down and they upgraded after six months.
never really used it besides it being tied to my apple account and multiple streaming services. This lead to a token provision and multiple terrible things happening, 2 AT&T purchase of 799.98, bone fish and grille - also I NJ for 79 bucks, and one autozone of 1098.87 and two similar autozone payments that never went thru. I tried purchasing a kindle audio book on my phone and was denied the 9.99 charge so checked it out.
CS was very helpful.... very tedious and long ... and they said I within 60 days I would have a letter for the fraud decision. On the phone they cancelled the card and issued me a new one.
I went to TD bank, and said can I have a new card printed out and explained the situation. The women at the desk was like all I see our weekly direct deposits of x amount and one of 2,000 withdrawal from the Boston encore casino.
... she was looking at my checking account and not the credit card,laughed, then printed out the new credit card. She told me not to pay off the entire bill until the disputes were done .
checked today to see any deposits coming in and the credit card had the balance basically removed and double the credit limit ...
not sure what caused this but I have seen a lot of posts about TD cards and CLI and thought I would share .
