I was looking into IG and had a couple questions, how often do they update your credit score and is a true FICO score? Any other info would be great. I am looking for a site that would be good to use while i rebuild my credit.

They do not sell a FICO score, it is a FAKO score.
Unless the score explicitly states that it's a FICO score you can assume it isn't.
Got it. Can you or some one recommed a site that provides a true score with montering?

Well, I can, but I'd caution you on getting too enamored with scores because even the "true" (legit FICO by my definition) scores offered by the monitoring solution might not be used by a lender in question: there's well over 50 scores now just from FICO available, of which likely a solid 30 or so are in moderately to very common use today by various lending institutions.
Really, I'd look for a monitoring solution that gives you good and regular updates to your report data as that's what's important. Personally I just use CreditKarma for Transunion, and Credit Sesame for Experian; Equifax doesn't really have a good free option and I'm sort of stuck with Scorewatch or one of the 3-in-1 pullers for monitoring that though Quizzle recently released something for slighly cheaper but I'm not going to rush out and get that.
