Identity questions ask about wrong address

I was just opening a bank account and one of the questions was "In what county was your previous [city] address?"    I never lived there (but thanks to Wiki, this city is in only one county so I used that!)   I previously had a question about a different city and managed to get that deleted from one of my credit reports.    Checking TU/EX/EQ, none of them have such an address.  Where else can I look for where this wrong info is coming from.   Note there is no fraud on my accounts, my name, longtimelurker, is apparently common enough.....

Do you have any AU accounts or joint accounts?

I used to have a couple of joint accounts with my ex-girlfriends.  A couple of car loans that I co-signed for one and a Care Credit account that I had my name on for another.  Both of those accounts brought former addresses of theirs on to my credit reports.  Sometimes I'd see verification questions related to those addresses that I was barely familiar with, which was kind of annoying.
