One of my cards appears as account under dispute.

I did recently dispute a charge that was made to the account. Does this happen when you dispute a charge made to your CC?

Did you dispute under the FCRA, or for a billing issue under the FCBA?

It was a billing issue, I just filled out their online billing dispute.

If it is a billing issue, you might be better served by disputing under the Fair Credit Billing Act rather than the FCRA.  That is its specific intent.

The FCRA dispute process does not require the creditor to provide supporting documentation upon verification of the accuracy of the information.
