I do not know how it could be possible that the account previously disputed and DELETED can be put back into the credit report. I spoke the CSR of TU "MULTIPLE TIMES" and they have "CONSISTENTLY" informed me that particular tradelines have been deleted even before the 30 days investigation span has lapsed.
The deletion was also reflected in the FAKO scores provided to me by the credit monitoring services I subscribed with. However, just today, the CSR is telling me different thing.
The CSR with an Indian accent, is now telling me that those accounts I previously told as DELETED, were not in fact deleted. My jaw dropped in confusion and annoyance.
The TU dispute site indicated that 8/13 disputes were resolved. The TU CSR said they dont see that I ever disputed online, or in the month of January.
Could it be possible that she is looking at the wrong screen or the record that is not updated? Or could it be possible the the previous CSR's who spoke to me made these lies that most of my accounts have not been corrected.
I am really buffled. I also understand that their office closes at 8:00pm.
While still talking to the representative, a gentleman in the background said TIME IS UP! And the lady, maybe has forgotten that she is still talking to me, answer the man with "Oh, Ok Fine!" and disconnected me, without saying good bye!
I guess I should have called early. TIME STOPPED in this part of CONNECTICUT! I hope I dont dream about this!
