Have any one ordered reports from them? Is it a good idea to get their reports? How valuable are their reports?

How do I know that I am not getting myself in their database by giving them my info to order their reports? I am skeptical because they are less known.
I ordered both Innovis + ChexSystems reports last year. Both of them were more or less empty and didn't even have a current address from the past 5 years.
For those interested in a little background info....
As we all know, the FCRA was amended to entitle consumers to one free credit report every 12 months from each individual CRA.
When that amendment was enacted, the Big-3 CRAs were concerned with the resources necessary to provide the millions of report that would be required.
They entered into negotiations with the FTC, which resulted in approval of annualcreditreport.com as the means for their compliance
Other CRAs are not included under that agreement, and thus consumers must contact them individually to obtain their free reports. All are required to have publlished contact addresses for that purpose.
As for concerns over contacting them, at least as far as Innovis is concerned, while they are a smaller, specialty CRA, but are still a significant player in the game.
For example, they are included, along with the Big-3, as a member of the Metro-2 task force that developed and maintains the uniform credit reporting manual governing reporting to those CRAs, which is titled the "Credit Reporting Resources Guide."
