I have scores of

 

TU 630

EQ 618

EX 618

 

I only need 2 points to qualify for my mortgage can any of these inquiries be holding me back the two points I need?

 

I looked for a home loan last summer in july 08 was delcined then decided to work on credit and reapply. Here are my inquiries for TU and EQ

I won't say it isn't possible that these inquiries are costing you 2 points.

 

After 1 year, they won't affect you at all.

 

Do you have any revolving balances? Paying those down might get you well over your mark.

TU and EQ are Fico scores from myfico

 

EX is from my mortgage banker who told me my fico on EX.

 

I have two credit cards One is very low a $100 CL that is showing as $118 balance but is truly a $0 Balance just has not updated yet and was open in october 08 and has been paid on time every month. 

 

 

The other is a sears card which I am an authorized user it is my mothers account has a $8500 credit limit and a $1650 balance it has been open since 1993 and has never had a late payment.

When that CC updates to $0 from $118, you'll likely see an increase.
