My 3B report from 12/3/16 says no inquiries. I do have newer ones - Chase pulled TU and EX on 1/9/17 for a new card I applied for and 1 for EQ for Frontpoint (they said it was a SP). CK shows 6 from TU (car shopping in Aug '15) and 3 for EX (2 from Aug '15 car, and then the new Frontpoint). CS has the 1 for the new Chase. My concern is the TU at 6. Since they were from 17 months ago and the same day, does this actually read 6 inquiries (ie a bad thing) if/when that report is pulled or does it appear as one for the rate shopping it was? I am confused as they dont show up at all on my 3B report.
Thanks for the help.
Multiple inquiries received on the same day or even over the span of 2 weeks from a dealership that are coded correctly will be viewed/scored as a single inquiry, so definitely don't sweat the 6 on TU that fall into that category.

Your 3B report only shows inquiries from the last 12 months. FICO only scores inquiries less than 12 months old. The inquiries stay on your report for 2 years, but they are irrelevant after 12 months.
Thanks for clearing that up! Appreciate the replies.
