It depends on when things are reported to the credit bureau.
For me, I have the following accounts.
Alliant SSL: Reports on last day of the month.
Discover Secured CC: Reports on 6th of the month.
Capital One Platinum CC: Reports on 16th of the month.
Local CU Platinum CC: Reporting period tbd, just opened
I generally refresh my 3b report on the 1st of the month, so (for instance) when I refreshed mine today (due to the short Feb. month), it included what happened on my Alliant SSL 1/31, Disco Sec 2/6, Cap1 Plat 2/16, and Local CU when it was opened just about a week ago.
Note that some institutions, notably Chase, will report anytime you bring your balance to $0 in addition to your regular monthly cycle closing date. Also note that weekends and holidays will affect the reporting dates at times.
Note that my subscription is not to MyFico but to Experian's Creditworks, but the concept should be the same.
*updated with actual info from CR*
If it's on (or off) your report at EQ/TU/EX, that will be reflected when you pull the 3B report. That part is "live" in that the data isn't pulled from the CRAs until you request the report from myFICO. (There's no timed auto-pull or caching for the 3B reports.)
But if a lender has not yet reported a change to the CRAs (balances, etc), that won't be current.

I started my Fico 3B+ subscription on 2/10. Next update is 3/10. Since then I’ve had accounts updated/ deleted ( as of March 1).
Will the report and score I receive on 3/10 reflect those updates as well as any that occurred on 3/10, or is there a cutoff point that determines from what time new info will appear on the 3B?
It will be real time in terms of reflecting what the bureaus have.
