Is EX customer service open on weekends?

I don't think so...I know they take disputes 24/7...but I don't think the CS is open on weekends...but in that case...what if you wanted to do a dispute over the phone...maybe all you can do it the automated one...just boggling my own mind..all you can do it try..

I called. Could do auto-dispute if I wanted, but I don't want to. Actual live humans aren't there til MOnday. It's a Sallie Mae issue. I'll try to call SM direct on Monday.

well, dear sidewinder. . . My Mom FINALLY went to the bank on Friday night. We both kind of forgot about it after all the med stuff that's going on w/ my little bro right now...

Anyway, her bank was extremely concerned & brought the branch manager in to the meeting. They were not happy at all. They assigned someone specifically to only research this issue & to report back w/ whatever they find out no later than Wednesday of this coming week. So, we shall see.
