Is This Reporting Correctly?

I apologize if this isn't the right subforum for this question.

Can someone confirm whether or not this is reporting correctly?  It was paid in full on August 3, 2020.  The first picture is Transunion, the next three are Equifax.  The account is not reported to Experian.

Re: Is This Reporting Correctly?

I have no idea if they are reporting correctly.  They are reporting as a chargeoff.

Re: Is This Reporting Correctly?

Sorry, yes.  It was a charge-off, but was paid in full over a year ago.  Am I correct in thinking that the monthly updating should have stopped after it was paid?  Also, I got a notification of a new charge-off two days ago in regards to this account.  I'm not seeing anywhere that says it was paid anymore.  In fact, in one place, it specifically says that it's unpaid.  I'm starting to doubt myself on this, because it isn't getting resolved.  Maybe I'm wrong.

Look at the balance. Paid or unpaid. It should show $0 balance. It will remain a CO until its past its lifetime on your reports after its 7th birthday.

Right, but I'm confused about the status of the account.  It does not show that it's paid.  It also says unpaid in the comments section on Transunion, although I think I remember that the comments don't actually matter.  It has always shown a $0 balance, for whatever reason (hence, my original confusion about the account).

I also thought that they had to stop updating it as a charge-off each month, starting after the payment was made.  Am I wrong about that?
