Is Util Rounded Down?

I know that FICO scoring rounds AAoA down to the nearest year (e.g., 4.7 years of average history would show up as 4 years on a CR), but how about for util?  Recently, I have been trying to keep my main CC at 1-9% util while having all other CCs reflect a $0 balance, but I am wondering if it is enough to have just a small $5 charge carry over to my statement (my limit is $3,900).  Would I need to show at least a balance of $39 for 1% util to reflect on my reports so my util doesn't get rounded down to 0% or will any charge, regardless of how small, bump me up to the 1% util mark?

Starting Scores (lender pull 3/27/10): 759 (EQ), 752 (TU), 749 (EX)
Current Scores (myFICO 4/4/11): 768 (EQ)
Goal Scores: 800

Re: Is Util Rounded Down?

Even if only one CC is reporting a balance of a $1, FICO will roundup your overall util to 1%.
