Is anyone else experiencing a problem?

I have not received a SW in several weeks and I know my settings are set to alert me if an account increases by $1.00 and one did two weeks ago (no score watch). Also, had a change in two accounts in two weeks (no score watch) and have been waiting for one. So this morning I pulled my report from myfico.com and all the above are on my report, plus my score went up 5 pts.

I am thinking of cancelling but I like the product.

Don't you have to pay for score watch every time? They only give you one freebie right?

I think I will give CS a call when they open and explain things. For awhile, it was working well, however, not sure what but something is going on there.

That is correct, it costs $10.95 a pull, so I feel they need to credit my account for a free pull.

I called Myfico and spoke with an awesome CSR. She gave me a credit on my account and also said to make sure you have all your setting set. She said sometimes if not all settings are set, you may miss a score watch.

Have you not had all of your settings set? I changed mine a while back to the most sensitive setting......hadn't really helped!!

The only setting I did not have was to alert me if the target score went above X amount.  I did not have that checked because in April, I was told by the supervisor there (she is not longer there) that there is a conflict if you check that box and also check alert me if my score changes.  So I checked that box and put in 654 which is my score now.
 
Apparently they have had a few complaints on this.  I am giving it until October and if things don't change, I will cancel.

I had one alert in 2 weeks and by score hasnt changed in over 17 days. No clue whats going on with SC and EQ.

I have recieved two score watches since I joined No change in score but I am getting the alerts that accounts have changed. I just paid of few on July 13th and they are starting to come through now.
