Is this hurting me?

I was divorced and had to file bk shortly thereafter in jan 07, My bk was discharged in may of 07 and while looking at my credit reports I noticed that several of my creditors are showing me as a chargeoff on my history but when I look at my account details it says account was iibk, I challanged this with ex and it came back as verified. Am i taking a double wammy here? one from the co and one from the bk?

Also when I am looking at myfico info it says I am showing recent late payments, I have scoured all 3 of my reports and all payment history since my bk is perfect no lates, is Myfico reading my payment history prior to my bk? If so how long will those lates continue to hurt me?

Lots of questions I know any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately they have the right to report that you owe them or they wrote off the debt because that is accurate and it DID happen. It is uncool and unfortunate in spirit that they would do this but heck they took a loss, they are not happy about it and if they can take a jab at you, they will.
