Obviously something happened. Did you get a big CLI? Did you pay off a card? How long has it been since you got a new card or had an INQ? I'm guessing multiple things happened and compounded the jump.

vantage 3.0 scores do random wild swings all of the time, there's no good reason or explanation for it a lot of the time, only you know what's changed with your credit profile that might have caused the change
This is VantageScore ? If so then the following applies:
Seems excessive unless a BK or Charge Off fell off. But take it with glee just the same . Congrats on a very nice bump !
Something definitely must have happended for the better. You should compare your current report to a recent previous one to see the differences. Congrats on the big bump though!

Perhaps score will drop again. CAPTOOL had a bouncing ball issue with TU for nearly a year. His score would cycle up/down 70-85 points every other score pull.
Never figured out the cause. It was speculated an old derog not on EQ or EX was being excluded in score one pull and included the next.
Hopefully that won't be the OPs situation and whatever derog is now excluded remains excluded.
P.S. a CLI increase would not cause that boost regardless of amount. However, a drop in aggregate utilization from above 70% to under 5% might do the trick.
