I would send out more GWs first. If you haven't done so, I'd send out a dozen for each account and aim for the corporate head of each. Bug them into submission.
i've read threads were it's resulted in ceo's personal secretaries being asked to personaly handle some situations. yes, some have used pfb very sucessfully.
