Anyone having issues pulling their CR from AnnualReoprt.com? Specifically having issues pulling my EQ report. After going through the verification process, only the headings load on the page where the report should display. If I do a refresh and go back to the verification step, completing that gives me a message that the report has already been delivered. I sent in a issue via the Contact Us form.
Do you mean the site https://www.annualcreditreport.com ?
Quick thought: have you tried accessing your reports using a different browser? There could be an issue for example with your browser setting or with a plugin.
Yes, but different than yours; maybe someone can tell me why as well? I took an 8 month or so break from checking these weekly on the same site but started again recently. EQ was never able to give me the a report online (I cannot remember the msg they gave) but EX & TU would. Starting again as I wrote and now both EQ & EX aren't able to be accessed online. A few weeks ago I called the EQ # provided when I tried on the actual EQ page & after identifying & confirming it was actually me I was told a report would be mailed to me....I am currently out of the Country & mail is going to my PO BOX. I have informed delivery & daily emails have not shown anything resembling what would be from EQ. A friend is forwarding all mail approx every couple of months so maybe if fell through the cracks.
Thoughts & recommendations are appreciated. I would not mind paying for a service to see detailed reports online & yes, I do know paper reports are best. Was a bit wary of having something like that mailed to my PO BOX to begin with. About to do an SSL w/ PENFED & would like to be able to share data points on here so thanks in advance.

I'll give that a try...thank!
I also had the same or simlair issue. I was able to check TransUnion's credit report but Equifax and Experian wouldn't work.

Yes, EX goes through the verifiation ... throws me out and informs me to do a request using paper and the USPS. Glad I get a report from another source so I skip them.
There have been a lot of reports of problems with EQ lately, but they all involved verification questions, not blank pages. But EQ just rolled out a new verification system, where they ask for your email and phone and send a code. I was able to pull my EQ report from AnnualCreditReport.com using the new verification method today, after months of hassles.
There's a good chance the problem you're seeing is a kink with the rollout. @coldfusion's suggestion to try another brower is a good one, because the problem you described is often brower-specific. Otherwise, just wait a week and see if they've fixed the problem.

Thanks, I did get through to the verification with email and my mobile number but then just a blank screen. I'll follow up on those suggestions.🙂

Did you ever get this figured out @MySunrise271? I'm having the exact same problem.
Thanks!
@Anonymous no, I haven't gone back to pull the reports. I was going to try later this week to use a different browser as earlier suggested.
