Issues with TU CMS (truecredit)

Anyone having issues with how your credit report shows on the screen when you refresh it???

Yes, since maybe Sunday.

 

I am thinking of canceling since their product doesn't work.  I can get same information from a hundred sources that work.

How would I be able to view tu soft pulls on true credit report
Fico's in 500s across all three and one nfcu nrewards card with 2k limit for rebuilding

I knew I was not the only one!! Talked to customer service and got a script reader who kept saying my scurity freeze caused it.................Really?!?!?!?!

I read the post about the "canned" response from the TU rep and thought I hate that crap where they use a scripted response and its' wrong.

 

I unlocked my TU and updated the change report and it looks like it should.

 

I stand corrected Smiley Happy

 

Now, I don't know if it is ok anyway and unlocking the report was only a coincidence but it works now.

 

As to soft pull, you cannot see them.  You would have to go the the annual credit report.com report, or get denied for credit and request the TU CR directly from TU to see them on a full blown CR.

I don't use truecredit but I do use CreditKarma to monitor my TU report, and I also have all 3 reports Froze, I can still refresh my TU report daily through CreditKarma without any issues.

 

I'm not sure if the Freeze on your TU report is causing the issues with truecredit, but I suppose it's possible.

 

I also use FCR.com to monitor my EX report and I can refresh daily there as well without any issues.

 

I know this info helps you none, but I thought I'd pass it along to you anyway.
