I'm looking to join DCU soon as I would like to get a car loan from them in a month or 2. The problem is that I recently moved to a new state and don't yet have a ID with my new address on it. I did change the address on my credit cards so it show on my credit reports. Even worse is that the state I moved to confiscates your old ID when you get a new one. I have been having to fly a lot lately so I haven't had a period where I could be ID free long enough to get switched. Does anyone know if this will be a problem with DCU?
An alternative would be to sign up with my old address and change it once approved. I can still receive mail at the old address.

I opened an account with DCU and I don't recall sending a driver's license, but if I did, my address also doesn't match. Just make sure you have a couple utility / CC bills with your new address, and perhaps the address change confirmation form from the post office. (it shows your old and new address)
Thanks

Can you get a state ID card? DCU can be fickle on id verifications and when they ask for a DL, it will be a color copy. To be safe, I would have a government issued valid id available.
