For those who want to know how much a score jumps when item is deleted. Im sure their are several factors like other items on report.
So you ready. Dun Dun Dun Dunnnnnnn.
Transunion went for 685 to 713. So that a 28pt increase. And the Judgement was 2 years old since 2008.
I was hoping for a bigger jump. But I still have one collection, and 3 cards with low limits. And 7 inquiries.
Now I have to wait for Equifax.
Hello, my name is Evelyn, I have a problem with judgment showing in my credit report as public record, I have already paid off those 2 old credit cards, now, what do I have to do to get those judgment remove from my credit report? PLEASE GIVE ME AN ADVISE!!!!
Judgments dont drop because you paid them. They drop after 7 years from the date of judgment. FCRA 605(a)(2).
Terren, how did you secure a detletion of a judgment at 2-years? Was that actually two years from your paying it, or as it, in fact, only 2-years from the date the judgment was entered? Curious to know.......
I received the judgement 12/2008.
I got it removed for not being served properly. I was medically inhibited, while they said I was served personally. My doctor confirmed that it was impossible.
it also help when the Lawyer fooloishly didnt show.
Thank you for letting me know, i didn't know how that judgement was going to be erase. Thanks
I recently purchased the fico kit and sent in a dispute letter for items on my report that were not updated. I received a letter back from Equifax about items that have been deleted and corrections that have been made so I expect my score to increase. Do I have to purchase my credit score again to get that infromation?

Hi monicab, and welcome to the forums.
I would recommend that you ask this question on the myFICO Product Feedback forum that is in the This 'n' That category.

685 with a 2 year old judgement is encouraging also i wouldnt think 600 would have been possible
