Judgement EXPIRED...can I dispute/delete it?

I have a judgement that expires TODAY...unless they renew it today, which is possible, but not likely, I don't think.  We paid it through wage garnishment back in 2003, but it's showing open judgement on CR.  I talked to OC and they said they have no record of getting paid...they use a CA/attorney to handle the judgements etc.

My question: If this expires can I dispute it with the CRAs and try to get it removed that way, or is it better to get the verification of payment to the OC and have it marked PAID...and then try to dispute and remove it?

THANKS!!!

I thought judgements re-aged when PIF....I could be wrong. In which case I would dispute it as inaccurate & past CRTP.  IF it comes back verified  send a MOV.

Sorry, I'm new, what's MOV, and CRTP?

Since judgment expired and OC or CA didn't renew it, can I dispute it on CR which shows open judgment?
