I wanted to say Thanks to FICO and all the friends on here. Because of all of you, for the first time in my life, I found out ways to fight back for mistakes I made in my 20's & 30's; how not to get screwed again, how to manage my credit to achieve higher scores - what an amazing thing it is to see my scores at 700 for the first time in my life!
Never, never again will I mess up, and I am grateful to be able to pass on this knowledge to others who really do WANT to clean up their mistakes too, and not make them any more

YOU TOO!!! I have one little hiccup to deal with in a week and I hope to wipe it CLEAN!!! I just don't know how this Judge will react when I state "Plaintiff did NOT initiate ADR" therefore I request the case either be dismissed or post-poned. !!!!!!!
