Know of any banks that dont use chex systems to open new accounts?

Bank of America doesn't use Chex Systems, but they check your credit.

AmSouth didn't in the past, but they were recently bought out by Regions, and not sure about them. I'm sure you could call a branch and ask them. I've been with them several years, and they're fine to work with.

go to a small bank in a small town and open a saving account then wait about 3-6 months then open checking account

I open a checking account at Valley National( in a small town: starting with saving account) and Commerce Bank in NJ (talking to them on their grand opening of the bank in my city)

You can always file a C corp or LLC in your state, then once your Tax ID #, you can open up a business account. On the application, put signer not owner of the business.

It should cost $80-150 to do this. You get a debit card in your name and the company's, can deposit checks in your name, etc.

You can do this through the mail too.
