Lates reporting - Current payments not reporting

I have a closed BofA account that shows 30+lates ending in May of '07 and increasing to 120+lates prior to that with all 3 CB's.  I've been making regular payments since June of '07 and those regular payments show me being current on TU and EX, but not any currents on EQ - montly history is blank from June - today.

Should I call BofA and have them report and update to EQ?  Do I need to write a letter?
FICO 8/5/10; TU 724, EQ 702
FICO 6/9/09: TU 669, EQ 658, EX ???
FICO 7/20/07: TU 540; EQ 595, EX 544

turning, if you have a back door number for BoA(not the # on the back of the card), if it were me, I'd call. Just my opinion)

Tell them excactly what you stated here, and ask for explanation. I believe that is a reasonable request. Be nice about it. Smiley Happy

call BOFA--tell them to retroactively report to EQ since they haven't all this time...it might take a month or two to show up--but keep on them until they get it right. It's really frusterating--the agencies thrive on the public's laziness.
