I am at my wit's end with Lending Club reporting to Equifax. When I got the loan early last year, I believe they became a bank. So, I ended up with two tradelines for the same loan on Equifax. Transunion and Experian showed one. I disputed it with Equifax and called LC. They finally removed one loan but never updated the remaining tradeline. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I contacted LC because EQ had not been updated since November 2021 and was showing the same balance as when I first got the loan. Mind you, I've been making payments for more than a year. I also disputed it with Equifax. Yesterday, I opened Credit Karma and saw that my EQ score plummeted 105 points. I was aghast. What I discovered was that LC was updated but showed that I was late for August. I have never paid late and there was no history for 2021, just for 2022, which is also incorrect.
I contacted LC and spoke to two supervisors, who concurred that I have never paid late and my account is in good standing with 100% on time payment history. They requested that this be corrected and the history updated on EQ. I also disputed it with EQ again. I am so angry about this because the account has not been reported correctly on EQ ever since it was opened. Any thoughts on how I can get this resolved quickly? Also, is there a backdoor number for Lending Club?

@FireMedic1, thank you for the suggestion. I submitted a complaint right after I posted on MyFico.
