Lexis Nexis dispute question

I want to clean up my messy LexisNexis.

When you clean up LN, do you write a letter with each incorrect item as follows?:

• item - address
• description - 123 Main St Pleasant OH 54321
• location on the report- pg 8
• the reason it's incorrect - do not recognize address, please delete from file

I'm not sure what's the best format and what to write, or if there is a template elsewhere on the forum? Any advice would be welcome.

I just wrote a simple bulleted letter.

These items are incorrect/not affiliated with me in any way:

• Address 1
• Address 2
• Phone 1
• Phone 2

Thank you for your time, etc.

The only time I've had to submit extra stuff was when I was contesting my name.   LN & EX had me listed under an alt. that I've never, ever used.

I disputed something pretty major, thinking they'll just respond back that it was verified as accurate. Took a shot anyway.

They deleted the info because they didn't complete the investigation in the required FCRA (?) timeframe. I was shocked.
