You may request it on their website. When I did it a couple of years ago, they actually mailed me a physical piece of paper with a PIN on it, which I had to go back to their website and enter. Once I did that my report was available to view. I would recommend viewing it, there is A LOT of info on there. You are able to dispute said info, however I am unfamiliar with that process. Although kind of round about, ordering the report itself was simple enough.
