The most likely cause is that they have a PO box and the signature card was left in there until someone from the CA came to check the mail and signed for it. happens all the time.

One of my PFD's was delivered 2-15-08 and I got the alert and the green card back earlier this week. Today, I check my email and get this email update:Addressee Unknown MILFORD OH 45150 02/22/08 12:53pm<-------- What does that mean?
Delivered MILFORD OH 45150 02/15/08 1:47pm
Arrival at Unit MILFORD OH 45150 02/15/08 7:35amCould they possibly be returning it to me after reading it and deciding they didn't want to accept and just re-sealed it and put "return to sender" on the envelope?
