Looking for advice Personal and Business

I just joined to community and still reading most of the threads to learn some information. I need some advices to improve my personal and business credit and obtain more CC and LOC.

My scores are

EQ 716

TU 704

Experian 696

AAOA 7 years

Oldest 8yr 9mo

I applied for AMEX BCP 12K today approved

BBT Spectrum Exclusive Offer link with no HP 8K approved

I also have:

CSP 7K

Chase Freedom 6900

CAP1 QS 4750

Past 12mo  HP EQ 4 TU 1 EX 3

%33 Utilization on personal cards. 2 new CC hasnt been reported yet.

Business:

Chase Ink 24K

CBP 36k

What should be the utilization for each card every month? I would like to get Amazon Prime and join Penfed for obtaining Rewards card Should i apply for it now or wait a little ?

Your advices highly appreciated.

Re: Looking for advice Personal and Business

The Amazon Prime card through Chase is subject to 5/24. (This means Chase will only approve you if you do not have more than 5 new accounts in the past 24 months). So, keep that in mind if you decide to apply for it.

If you're looking to maximize your score, practice AZEO (All Zero Except One).

If you're looking to just keep your score up and want optimal utilization while using all your cards, keep each card uti under 49% (preferably 30%) and total UTI below 8.9%. If that's not realistic for you, shoot for beneath 30% total UTI.

Edit: Changed %s
