MOV Success with Experian

Has anyone had any success with MOV to Experian ?

Ha Ha Ha, NOT a chance with EX.  I disputed, redisputed, requested MOV, and had to end up sending ITS. They still will not give me proper MOV.  I'm getting ready to file charges against them for noncompliance.  They totally ignored my ITS letter!  I guess they think I'm joking about suing them

Hey Sunny - are you going to file in Fed Court or small claims?  Do you live in the same state as EX?
 
I guarantee I'm going to get the same response but haven't yet sent the ITS.

I have two accounts on Experian that are listed as verified in January 2006. There have been changes made to the account status on both since then but upon receipt of my dispute letters Experian responded that the accounts have been previously verified and left the reporting status unchanged.
I mailed Experian certified MOV letters two weeks ago. Since then one of the accounts is reported on-line as currently being investigated. In regards to the other account I received yesterday a letter from Experian that the request they received from me does not appear to have been sent by me and no action will be taken.

I'm filing in federal court.  I also got a letter from the AG today.  I'm sure that they have contacted EX already, so if the negative accounts are not deleted tomorrow, I will be making a trip to the courthouse tomorrow!

I'm in PA too, whereabouts are you?  Yes, Ex is difficult, however, some people have had success emailing the higer ups...I personally have not tried it yet, but I have the email address if you want it.  Let me know and I'll PM you.
