Closing it will do nothing to help you. At least if you keep it open you still have the chance to ask them to remove it, if not now maybe later. But keeping open shows more months that you can handle that type of card and not be late. I personally would GW it monthly. Not sure if that is too often. Can someone offer advice as to how often you should GW?
