STATUS UPDATE:     So my profile finally refreshed showing all 4 topped out (Home not on there yet) that will probably show July since my first payment was June but I'm sitting at My Amex 98%, Ga Own 100%, Chase 100%, Home Depot 99% so overall 99% CU ....phew ..soooo my scores updated today they sit at EQUIFAX 619, TU 642 and EX 632 so yes it did drop it a good chunk but not nearly as bad as I feared.     I am curious to see how fast it pops back up and how the house will affect scores as well but now everyone can use this as sort of a guide and again next time I won't do them all hopefully they will see me paying on it fast and not close them out XD   AHHHH    Smh.

I'm not sure if I will be paying in full that would be the goal but I'm def. not going over 2 months of payments the thought of them freaking out on me is definitely got me sweating now but to late for that now XD

If you can, since your goal is to make 2 large payments, I suggest making the first payment much larger (2/3 of balance) than the second one (1/3 of balance). And, if possible, start making sizable payments before the due date. When I purchased my condo, I put large furniture purchases and even had wood floors installed using my AmX (not to the tune of 100% UT though); but still I pushed huge weekly payments because I was nervous about the growing balance on the AmX. In my mind, I felt that would ease any concerns AmX might have. I know it certainly eased my concerns.

Yea I'm trying to plan out everyone 2 are due at the start of the month one is due in the middle one at the end so it does make it a tad easier on that part.

More than likely I'll make a few large payments before the payment due date then another payment after the payment date before the statement hits.

Re: Maxing out Credit Cards.....On purpose?!

*Update*  07/09   so my house has finally popped up on TU and EQ.. not EX yet but my score popped up just from that being added so that was a pleasant turn of events LOL     I saw a 2 point increase on TU and 11 on EQ which I thought was pretty good since EQ tends to be stingy with me at least haha.    I'm still doing it my original way even though it scares me to death but if I don't do it this way and I do it the quick way the expirement won't be how I was originally intending and we won't get the data I was wanting to see from it so I am making sure my balance always reports lower than the last statement each month.    Since EX hasn't updated just yet it's hard to say where it sits but TU is now at 644, EQ 625, EX 632 (without the update) .....When I do my refresh on the 14th of course I will update here as well and keep you all posted on if I do a large large payment or what happens otherwise.

I'm all for datapoints, but this seems to approach martyrdom..... the risk of bust-out-fraud algos red flagging this is real......

You do want to get this down rapidly ...... but all said and done... Its like watching a (potential) train wreck.. I cannot look away.....
