Question, I was able to get 5 medical bills removed from TU and EXP so now I have no collections but EQ is acting ugly and won't do it! Does anyone know why this might be?
What was the basis for the removal with the other two CRAs?
Were they, for example, removed under the new National Consumer Assistance Plan, a dispute, or some other basis?
I created a letter using the HIPPA lawas and some other laws I found and they took them off. It was really simple!
