My guess is that it would take longer than 10 days to get it back from China?

I too was curious as to the nature of the no export clause and what the benefit of sending it to China? Profit, family member. job change?

Hey guys . To be honest I allowed my ex fiancé to take it to California when she moved ... Long story short I can't find the vehicle and now I am suffering the financial / legal ramifications of this. Mercedes notified me that it had been exported.It's a really messy situation.

In regards to previous replies :
1. It was a cashiers check
2. I filed disputes online last night. Previously I had Lexington Law disputing.
3. Trust me I wish I could've been able to produce the vehicle.
