Moderator Question

Not sure where to post this so I apologize in advance.  I have noticed many awesome contributors being welcomed to the rank of Moderator.  What is the criteria to become a moderator?

I did specify "OLD" mods

Criteria?

- should be engaging

- must be supportive, helpful

- assertive

- fair

- have integrity

- have fun (this might be the most important)

- a consistent contributor in the forums for an extended period of time

- buy me beer and wine when I'm thirsty! (second most important) LOL JK!
