With all of the politics of personal kudos or qualifications ol the moderators, I will say one thing from my heart about this site.
This site allows, with some necessary restriction, the exchange of experience and opinions.
It is rare that any corporation would allow such an open site for discussion.
I think, love them of hate them, kudos must to out to Fair Isaac.

Agreed, Fair Isaac has allowed us to build a valuable resource with very little intervention. Kudos to them.
And I don't think it's fair to blame them for how some lenders have made foolish use of their scores: they merely provide data, with clear caveats. It was some lenders who decided to push the envelope because they could make more short term profit that way.
