My Bank of America Issue

has been fixed.  I took someone advice from the boards and emailed the President of my CCCS, ClearPoint Financial.  He passed my email along to someone who got on the case for me.  According to ClearPoint, Bank of America has agreed to remove all lates due to that $2 per month fiasco.  That's THREE baddies to go bye-bye!  Ann Estes has been more than helpful in this as she kept me updated on the situation.

I'm VERY happy today!  And THANKS to all for your help!

Watch your back with BofA I just finished my DMP and 2 years ago while I was in the DMP I got a Sams card which helped me through som rough times.  BofA droped me from the DMP and it wasnt till sveral months later (and 90+ days late) that i relaized they werent being sent enough money.

Also while I was in the DMP I got "pre-approved" offers for a Martine at my address from BofA for a new credit card.  I am not really paranoid but I have learned enough in these forums that they probably were tryong to get me to apply for credit so they could dump me from the DMP or worse.

Don't trust BofA at all.
