You're welcome. Use that card to by your sweetie a lunch or something and pay it off. Don't want to lose your CL for lack of usage.
i would love to......but one is a jewelry store card (i can definitely use that....i mean, SHE can definitely use that!) & the other is my carecredit card. so far i have yet to find a provider that isn't going to charge me one bazillion dollars.
I knew that, but also it's on the back of the CSC reports. I = Installment, R = Revolving and O = Open.

CRAP!!! that's not good! both of those O accounts i asked about are charge-offs!!!!!
is that hurting me more?
& how did you find that?
mine has I & R.......looks like they gypped me!
is the fact that these charged-off accounts are showing as open, hurting my score?
i take it back, the O is there, i just can't read, apparently!
okay, so my reports are listing 3 accounts as Open Collection, Open Charge-Off, & Installment Charge-Off....what's worse?
wow, i guess i don't know as much about understanding credit reports as i thought! whew!
what i do understand is that these 3 crappy accounts are going to be on my reports until 2011

Charge off is charge off is charge off. If you have a balance on the CO CC, then it may still be counted in your util., so it will hurt your util %.
well, none of them are CCs....one is a verizon wireless account, one is an unsecured loan. & the 3rd is just a CA (midland, of course!) trying to collect for verizon. only midland is showing a balance.
