Well, does Verizon show a balance or $0? If a balance, can you try to work with them (PFD perhaps)? And that CA (Midland) have they been sent a DV? SOL on cellular is 2 years, so...

verizon shows $0.
midland was never sent a DV. i got scared & made a payment in january of this year when they sent me arbitration paperwork. this was before i found the forums, & i felt like i had no choice, since i had no money for a lawyer. so i'm not sure how that affects me now. the balance on this account is $530.
i want to say i asked guiness about the SOL thing before....i live in texas, & i don't recall what the final verdict was, with resetting the SOL. i have read lots of contradictory statements, both here & elsewhere.
