My Clarity Services Score: “No Score”???

I've been denied a few times recently when trying to open checking & savings accounts, which has never happened before. I've been told that the reasons were "inability to verify identity". There are no freezes or Fraud Alerts on any of my reports, but in an effort to get to the bottom of things, I just checked my Clarity Services score for the first time ever. It clearly states that I have "No Score". WTH does this mean? Is this normal?
