Even with the limitations, I would be satisfied if it actually functioned as it is supposed to. After almost 3 weeks I still haven't received an alert on Experian. There have been multiple changes to my Experian report.
One of the Administrators asked us to file a report so they could troubleshoot the issues. Twice, I have filed an online complaint about the product not working. The first time I got a copy and paste answer. The second time they did not respond at all.

Maybe they're updating it... When I sign on now I get this message:
"The page you have requested is currently unavailable due to technical difficulties. Please try again later.

The app: Does not work at all! I also get a message staing I aam not subscribed to alerts as a poster above mentioned. I've ttried to uninstall, re-install, subscribe to alerts 20+ times and NOTHING works.
Alerts: There is just no reasoning to getting updates from multiple free sites and not from this product. I know its working for a few subscribers but, it's not working for too many of us.
Tech support: 1st email was answered with a cut and paste. (Others have received the same reponse) Few hrs later i received 2 TU updates. (None before or since) 2nd email unanswered. Called and got some scripted blah blah blah "WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION THAT OUR PRODUCT ISNT WORKING"
I am not giving up hope just yet but, its frustrating to see the number of subscribers having issues andd they are not being addressed.
I had 3 alerts this morning from Credit Karma and Capital One Credit Tracker. We will see how long it takes for MyFico to alert me.

None on myfico for TU or EX.
