Where did you all get your Vantage 4.0 scores?

American Express: Platinum Charge, Optima, Business Gold, Delta Business Reserve, Business Cash, Business Plus
Barclays: Arrival+ WEMC
Capital One: Savor WEMC, Venture X Visa Infinite
Chase: Freedom U Visa Signature, CSR Visa Infinite
Citibank: AAdvantage Platinum WEMC
Elan/US Bank: Fidelity Visa Signature
Credit Union: Cash Back Visa Signature
FICO 08: Score decrease between 26-41 points after auto payoff (11.01.21) FICO as of 12.24, EX: 813 / EQ: 825 / TU: 818

If you have a synchrony card, credit or store, it's the score they provide you.  Not really sure which online free scores are, but i believe CK, Wallethub and the like are VS3.0

OP Where did you get your VS 4.0? I’m assuming it wasn’t from synchrony since you asked if any lenders were using it?

And if you just made recent pay downs, it may not have posted before you got that score. Remember utilization is even more important in VS and it penalizes you when you carry large balances long periods is my understanding. It likes to see paydowns and I believe it rewards you for them. So, the whole point so you may have a better score once that posts.

Think of it this way, VS knows you just made a pay down, FICO doesn’t. VS may reward you for that paydown. FICO would just calculate from whatever the percentage is.

In addition VS 4.0 uses trended data so they look at overall payment history, i.e. the amount of the payment for a period of time.

Yes trended data is what I was referring to when I said VS4 might reward him for the paydown.
