I had a paid collection from about 8 months prior ($302) and a $7250 paid tax lien on my EX when I applied for my Delta card. FICO was 627. I didn't get instant approval but they called the same day and told me I was approved for $1k. Did a CLI about 3 weeks later up to $2500 no probelms so far. They have been absolutely exceptional to me so far.
